The journey continues with a drive to Kombolcha, visiting an Oromo village and scenic landscapes along the way. From Kombolcha, travel to Lalibela with stops at Lake Hayek and the Genet Mariam rock-hewn church. In Lalibela, explore the iconic rock-hewn churches, divided into two groups across a full day.
The adventure proceeds with a scenic drive to Gondar, including a visit to Awramba village. In Gondar, explore the palaces of King Fassiladas, the Bath of the Emperor, and the Debre Birhan Selassie Church, with a chance to visit a Falasha village. The next leg leads to Bahir Dar with an option for a boat crossing from Gorgora or a drive followed by a Lake Tana boat excursion to visit island monasteries.
