The Simien is considered as a trekking paradise. The Simien escarpments have been elected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. You will be accompanied by a cook who will prepare all meals. Some mules will escort you to ensure the transportation of all luggage and equipment. You will visit the historical town of Gondar called The Camelot of Africa.

As you climb higher into the mountains, you’ll have the chance to summit Ras Dashen, the highest peak in Ethiopia. Along the way, you’ll camp in various stunning locations, experiencing the natural beauty and diverse wildlife of the region. The journey also includes visits to local villages and the Royal Compound in Gondar. The tour concludes with a return to Addis Ababa for shopping and a traditional farewell dinner before departure.
